Theldon Roy Salisbury, aka Big Unkie, 85, passed away Aug. 13, 2022. He was born Aug. 21, 1937, in Nephi, Utah to Elmer Dean and Elda Thorsen Salisbury.
Theldon served our country in the Army during the Berlin Crisis. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Theldon started working at Carlo’s Produce in 1981 and retired when Carlo’s closed its doors. He loved work and his family, especially the grandchildren.
Theldon is survived by his girls Raylynn Cranney and Gean Aaron; niece and nephews Sissie Phoo, Robbie, and Eddie; many grandchildren, great nieces and nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his daughter Shelly Jean, parents, siblings twin Eldon, David, Norda, Mary, Harold and Dorothy.
