Terry Lynn Collins 55, of Jasper, Arkansas, passed away September 8, 2021.  He was born January 15, 1966, in Harrison, Arkansas, the son of LD and Kathy Smith Collins.

Terry was a gentle, sweet, kind-hearted big man.  He was known as “Moose” by all who knew him.  Moose was a native Arkansan and loved every bit of the Ozark Mountains and all they had to offer.  When Moose wasn’t working, you could find him on the Buffalo River near Hasty, where he lived and grew up.  Moose loved hunting, fishing, and was also pretty good with a bow.  Moose was a jokester and liked to tease.  Nobody was safe!  He loved heavy metal music and AC/DC was one of his favorite bands.

Moose took a lot of pride in everything he did, and working at job sites where he helped construct the metal structures in commercial buildings was something that he thoroughly enjoyed.

As a young man, Moose met the love of his life, Nancy Campbell, through a friend.  They knew it was true love from the beginning, and have been together ever since.  Moose and Nancy had many great years together and from this union their daughter, Heather Collins was born.  Moose and Nancy shared their love of the Ozarks with Heather and the three of them made many memories and had many great adventures together.

Moose is survived by his wife of 31 years, and his daughter.
