Terry LeRoy Wilson, 82, was a wonderful Christian, beloved and devoted husband, father, and friend who passed away August 19, 2021. Terry was born in Oil City, Pennsylvania to Mabel L. Thurau and Wilford William Wilson on May 1, 1939.
Terry knew early in his life, he wanted to be a teacher. He graduated from Oil City High School, Pa. and played #1 on their boy’s tennis team. Terry earned his B.A. in English from Thiel College, Greenville, Pa and played #1 for their men’s tennis team. He earned a Master’s of Education at Edinboro State College, Edinboro, Pa. While serving in the Army Reserves during the Bay of Pigs, he taught finances stateside for the Army. 
Terry taught at West Seneca High School, in New York, Rocky Grove High school in Pennsylvania, and Mentor High School in Ohio, where he also coached the boy’s tennis team, and he started the girl’s tennis program. Upon retirement, he recruited and worked in finance for Mercy Hurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania for 10 years. 

Terry is dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his devoted, beloved wife of 47 years, Marcia Duvall Wilson. He is survived by brother-in-law Roger L. Anderson of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, his niece Elizabeth Ann Anderson of Rocky River, Ohio, his nephew and wife Zachary Duvall (Kristie) Anderson and their children Avery Belle, Grafton Earl and Ford Duvall Anderson of Bloomfield Hiss, Michigan. 
Terry now resides in heaven with his baby daughter Anna Louise Wilson and all of the family that preceded him.
