Terry Dee Phelps Jr., 35, passed away unexpectedly Friday August 28, 2015 in Shelbyville. He lived in Shelbyville with his companion, Shelly Lahr and her four children. He was born June 23, 1980 in Greenwood to Terry Dee Phelps and Rebecca (Cave) Nichols.
Survivors include, his mother, Rebecca (Cave) Nichols of Indianapolis, sister, Christina Phelps of Indianapolis and three brothers, Aaron Adams, Eddie Adams amd Jon-Wesley Nichols all of Indianapolis and companion, Shelly Lahr.
He was preceded in death by his father, Terry D. Phelps, four aunts, Karen, Denise, Linda and Lee Ann, two cousins, David and Reverie and his grandparents.
