SFC Terry C. Anderson, 72, died at Washington County Hospital on March 3, 2015. He was born in Plauteau, AL and was a resident of Tibbie, AL. Mr. Anderson served his country in both Vietnam and Desert Storm. He retired from the Army National Guard after 37 years of service. He was married to Betty Jean Whatley Anderson over 50 years. Mr. Anderson loved to bream fish. He enjoyed playing cards. Mr. Anderson loved hunting and camping with “the boys.” His family was very important to him and he loved them very much. Mr. Anderson was a good man and a “Father Figure” to many other children in his community whom he helped raise.
