Teresa Lynn (Taylor) Schneider, 46, of Warrenton, VA and formerly of Jacksonville, died Sunday, October 24, 2010, at her home after a brave seven year battle with breast cancer.
She was born June 21, 1964 in Jacksonville, the daughter of Retha Vincent and Jerry Taylor. She married William (Bill) Dodd of Jacksonville, they later divorced and she married Karl (Skip) Schneider and he survives.
She is survived by five children: Stacy Belk (husband, Ted), Hayley Dodd (special friend, Ryan Artrip), Zeke Dodd (special friend, Johanna Hribal), Olivia Schneider, and Seth Schneider. She is survived by her parents Retha and Larry Vincent of Jacksonville and Jerry Taylor of Ft. Collins, CO, two grandchildren, Taylor and Logan Belk, a sister Tammy (husband Mike) Bielfeldt of Crystal Lake, IL, a half sister, Crystal Taylor, a half brother, Kyle Taylor, a step sister, Laurie Stone, and a step brother, Tony Vincent. She is also survived by her grandmother, Margaret Taylor of Chapin, Illinois.
Terri graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1982. She enjoyed art, her friends and mostly being a mother. She will be remembered for her positive attitude, sincere friendship and contagious laugh and smile.
