Teresa Lynn Montgomery, age 56, of Birmingham, passed away on July 22, 2016. She was a radiological technician at Cooper Green Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Johnson and Norma Henley. She is survived by her husband, David Montgomery; her daughters, Crystal Bowles (John), Lindsay Williams (Curtis), Alli Morgan (Philip) of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Ella and Ben Bowles and Hayden and Garrett Williams; and one sister, Pam Smith.
