Betts, Sr., and sister, Paula Diane Edwards. She leaves to celebrate her life and special language of love, her beloved sisters, Anita C. Baker of Baltimore, MD; and Debra C. (Larnell) Williams of Colmar Manor, MD; niece, Joy Beth Williams of Laurel, MD; Edward L. Jackson of Baltimore, MD; Mom Bertha Mae Betts and brother, Thomas E. Betts, Jr. both of Youngstown, Ohio; nieces, Renee and Brittany Edwards of Laurel, MD; sister-in-law, Loraine Williams; a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
