Teresa F. Gonzalez, 59, peacefully passed into the next life Saturday March 30, 2019 at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin, GA. Teresa was born to Robert and Marlene Day in Albany, GA. She went on to receive her RN from Darton College and spent over 30 years working to help those in need. The majority of her career was spent in the field of dialysis where she became the Director of Dialysis Services for Archibold hospital in Thomasville, GA before moving on to work for DaVita and finally Blue Cross Blue Shield. She is survived by her father Robert Day, husband Samuel Gonzalez, two children Eric Boss and Lindsey Gay, and three grandchildren Aidan, Bridget, and Carrigan Gay. Teresa was a vibrant spirit who truly lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and sought to instill that love of travel in her grandchildren. She was an open and honest individual who worked hard and enjoyed playing just as hard. Her light will truly be missed.
