Ms. Teresa Annette Cooper, age 55 of Cleveland. Ms. Cooper passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013.
Ms. Cooper was born in Gwinnett County on May 21, 1958 to the late Charles Edwards and Christine Iler Edwards. She was the former owner and operator of Kudzu Upholstery and had lived in White County since 1984.
Survivors include her daughter, Savannah Cooper of Cleveland, son, Michael Pratt of Cleveland , sister, Frieda Edwards of Hiawassee and brothers, Ronnie Edwards also of Hiawassee and Keith Edwards of Gainesville.
