Teodorico “Teddy” Gaona, 84, of Bethlehem died Thursday, October 27, 2022 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. He was the husband of Clara P. (Fernandez) Gaona. Born in Santa Cruz, Peru, he was the son of the late Fidel and Maria (Dedicacion) Azañero. After many years of marriage and 3 children, Teddy eventually came to the United States, where he had his fourth child. He worked at Ford Motor Company for 30 years as a spray painter before retiring in 2005. Teddy was a member of St. Jane Frances De Chantal Church in Easton. He loved to be outside and enjoyed traveling. He took pride in his workmanship. He was a devoted husband and father and treasured the time spent with his grandchildren.
Survivors: Wife, Clara; sons, Marco Gaona and his wife Nadya of FL, Juan Gaona and his wife Marnie of Doylestown, PA, Cesar Gaona and his wife Kristen of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Katherine, wife of Richard Knorp of Bethlehem, PA; grandchildren, Marco, Audrey, Brandon, Cesar Jr., Tyler, Dominick, Maya, Jordan, Noah, Henry and Madeline.
