Tennie Ruth Reid Bailey, was born July 11, 1922 in Blount Springs Alabama. She was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents Mr. & Mrs. Melvin Reid, husband Earl Bailey, son Douglas Earl Bailey, daughter Peggy Bailey Brown, sisters Irene “Iby” Reid, Sarah “Bet” Morgan, Jean Downey and brother Roger Reid.
