East Greenbush – Ted R. Spaulding, 49, of Ternan Avenue died Wednesday, May 08, 2019, at St. Peter’s Hospice Inn in Albany,  after a ten month battle with brain cancer.

Born in Oswego, NY, he was son of Lawrence Spaulding of  Ogdensburg, NY. Predeceased by mother Donna (Laurent) Spaulding and husband of Jennifer (Winters) Spaulding and step mother Dolores Martin. Predeceased by Grandparents, Charles Spaulding and Ethel “Spaulding” Chubb and sister-in-law,  Lynda-Rae Salathiel.

He has resided in East Greenbush for the past 10 years. Ted was a graduate from G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton, NY. A Veteran of the U.S. Army, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with Honors from the University of Phoenix. 

 He was an IT Architect for Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. for the past 10 years.

Ted was a computer fanatic, he loved to design, disassemble and rebuild them. He was a member of the Oswego Elks. Member of the APA and Team Captain, Ted enjoyed playing Billiards with friends at Petersons Place in Rensselaer and taking trips to casinos to play Craps and Blackjack. He loved to travel and concerts at SPAC.

Survivors in addition to his wife and father, include his children,  Matthew Spaulding, Clinton, Lauren Spaulding, Troy, and Meaghen (Aaron) Nijsse, Kansas City, MO; his step children, Robert Droege, Scotia and Aeris Corrodore, East Greenbush; his siblings,  Sherry Spaulding and Terry Spaulding; and his cats, Jack and Kush and dog, Lily.
