Ted Robert “Sonny” Francis, age 23, of Costa Mesa, California, formerly of Belvidere and Roselle, Illinois passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021.
He was born February 17, 1997 in Elmhurst, IL, the son of Ted Francis and Nina Geraci.
Sonny was known for his charming, adult-like personality that he uniquely developed at a very young age, his above average ability to learn and retain information, and his bold interest in finer foods. He enjoyed working with computers, playing video games with his friends, going to the beach, and traveling.
He is survived by his parents Ted Francis of Costa Mesa, CA and Nina Geraci of Addison, IL; siblings Ronald Anderson of St. Charles, IL, Kenneth Anderson of Rockford, IL, and John Walters of Medinah, IL; grandparents Anthony and Joanne Geraci of Naperville, IL and Linda Francis of Woodstock, IL; and many other dear relatives and friends.
Sonny is preceded in death by his grandfather Ted Francis.
