Three Oaks – Tecla Kaiser, 91, of Riveridge Manor, Niles, Michigan and formerly of Three Oaks, Michigan died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 16, 2012 at Lakeland Community Hospital in Niles, Michigan. Tecla was born March 11, 1921 in Brazil to Albert and Olga (Casser) Jung.
She married Rudi Kaiser and they moved to the United States where they made their home. Rudi preceded her in death on February 5, 1965. Tecla was employed as a seamstress at the former Gerber Babywear in Three Oaks and was a member of the Three Oaks United Methodist Church.
She loved her family and cherished the time they spent together.Survivors include her daughter Marlene (Jerry) Reid of Three Oaks; granddaughter, Alisa (Michael) Thompson; great granddaughter, Kianna; great great grandson, Ammari Drake ; and her sister Liria of Brazil. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother and 2 sisters.
