Her Story
Tatyana Ann Renee Sims, daughter of Amanda K. Davis and J. Andre Sims was born December 27, 1998
in Indianapolis, In. She was one of seven siblings. She professed hope in Christ as a young child and went to be with the Lord on September 3, 2019.
She was educated in the Indianapolis Public School System, and attended Manuel High School, where she sang in the chorus, assisted the sports manager.
Taty, as she was affectionally known, loved being a mother to her precious daughter Malajah Kay”Lee White. She loved to laugh, sing, dance, swim, travel and the beach. Taty also had a kind word for anyone in need. She encouraged all those around her to live their best life. She was someone you could depend on in good times and bad times.
Tatyana leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Malajah White; her mother, Amanda Davis; her father, J. Andre Sims; her great-grandmother, Ruby Shipley; her grand-parents, Rhonda Maxey, Anthony Davis, Richard and Georgia Phillips; her siblings, Kimani Pierce, Giavonni Nicholson, Andre Sims, Samaiya Sims, Leah Sims; step-brother, Deion Jennings, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and all her pets whom she loved deeply.
