Tara Lynn Spivey, age 50, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. She was born on February 3, 1971 in Atlanta, GA to H Ricky Knowles and Brenda Parkerson Knowles.
Tara is preceded in death by her first husband, Denny Doerr and her Father. She is survived by her husband, Gary Spivey; children, Rachel Brown and her husband Joshua, Rylee Doerr, Thomas Spivey, Ashley Brown and her husband Christopher; grandchildren, Jayden Spivey, Duke Brown and her sister, Elizabeth Whitmire and her husband Jimmy. Tara is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a long list of loving family who will dearly miss her.
Tara was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, sister, and friend. Tara was known for being selfless and hardworking. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved the mountains and being in nature. She will forever be remembered by her smile, infectious laugh, and warm heart.
