Born, December 28, 1972 in Lebanon, PA to Claudine R.A. Rosenfeld Kosloski of Pine Grove, PA and the late Edward Michael Kosloski, Jr.
She was a 1991 graduate of Pine Grove High School Pine Grove, PA. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in American Studies from Lebanon Valley College in 1995. She was in the ROTC program in College and very involved in various community Theatres in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
She was employed by Hughes Network Systems in Germantown, MD.
Tara was a beautiful, lovely Wife, Mom, Stepmom, Sister, Daughter, Cousin and steadfast friend to all.
