Tammy was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Ammonel Riggins, and her daughter Flora Ashton “Cheyenne” Riggins.
Tammy is survived by her twin brother Sammy Riggins; her older sister-Vicki Wallace; her baby sister-Melissa Riggins-Moore; her best friend Otis Whorton; her nephews Nick Wallace, Eric Wallace, Matthew Wallace, Walt Wallace, Lil Bo; her nieces Angel Wallace and Hannah Riggins; and many loving great nephews and nieces, and numerous other relatives.
