Tammy passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 31, 2021 surrounded by her loving family after courageously battling cancer. She was 63 years old. Tammy Kay Morey was born on December 27, 1957 in Saginaw to the late Irwin and Martha (Noack) Morey. She graduated from Bridgeport High School in 1976. Tammy worked within childcare, and then at various homecare agencies as an administrative assistant. She married Jerry R. Curtis Jr. on December 24, 1983 at Faith Lutheran Church in Bridgeport. Tammy loved to spend time with her family and making everyone that she met feel welcome. She was very active within the Boy Scouts, and enjoyed taking trips to the casino and garage sales. Tammy also relaxed during family camping trips and enjoyed reading. She was a faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church, Bridgeport.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Jerry; together they were blessed with three children: Eric, Kyle and Brianne Curtis. She is also survived by her brother, Edwin “Douglas” (Margaret) Morey; sister, Connie (John) Powell; several nieces, a nephew and many dear friends.
