Tammy Dee Andino, 33, of Palatka, passed from this life on Friday, August 13, 2021, at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka following a brief illness. Born in Queens, New York, she resided in Palatka since 1997 coming from Far Rockaway, Queens, New York. Tammy had worked 3 years at Wal-Mart before transitioning out to Georgia Pacific Paper Mill 3 months ago. Tammy enjoyed being a mother to her children and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her fiancé Dustin Sweat of Palatka, 2 sons, Kevin Sweat and Nicholas Sweat, 2 daughters, Krystal Sweat and Olivia Sweat, all of Palatka, her parents, Hector and Maria Andino of Palatka, 2 brothers, Joseph Andino (Alicia) and Anthony Andino both of Palatka, 3 sisters, Lisa Marie Molina and Rosa Molina, both of Scranton, PA and Victoria Mage of Binghamton, NY and numerous other extended family members.
