T. Peter Ratcliffe, 77, of Portland, beloved husband of Karen (Granger) Ratcliffe for fifty-one years, passed away on Sunday, March 16th surrounded by his family at Masonicare Health Center. Born in Middletown, he was the son of the late Frederick and Ruth (Hendrikson) Ratcliffe. Peter grew up in Cromwell before moving to Portland.
