Sylvia Rose White, Zhoomiing-Wabines-Ikwe meaning “Smiling Bird Woman” age 34, of Migizi Indoodem (Eagle Clan) and of Park Rapids, MN journeyed to the spirit world unexpectedly on Friday, October 29th, 2021, from Bemidji, MN. She was born on November 17, 1986, in Bemidji, MN, the daughter of Trinette Morin and Quentin White.
She spent her younger years in the Dunseith, ND area with her mother, some time in Fargo, ND with her father and stepmother until making Minnesota her home. Sylvia was a beautiful, amazing, kind, sweet hearted loving young spirit and had a wildly crazy sense of humor. She was completely dedicated to her family, especially her husband and children. She loved being an at home mom raising her children. She spent hours on the phone with her mother and sisters. Her fur baby, Princess, went everywhere with her. She loved being pregnant and couldn’t wait to meet our newest little edition, Justina Goldstein, who is now an angel along with her beautiful mommy. She loved going to her daughters’ games. She enjoyed spending holidays with family. She was close to and loved spending time with her many aunts and uncles. She will be missed and loved beyond words. She could shop like no other. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and children. She was an amazing soul inside and out; her smile could light up the room when she entered.
Those welcoming Sylvia and her unborn baby girl, Justina, to the spirit world are her grandparents, Carol and Ralph White; great-grandmother, Sylvia Morin; and brother, Luke Morin; uncles, William Morin, Walter Morin, Archie Morin Roy White; auntie, Cheryl Strong; cousins, Blaine White, Jerry White, Jr., Aubrianna Hesch, Alayna Johnson, Kallen Johnson, and Nicholas Powers.
