Sylvia (Sheehan) Kritzmacher of Plymouth passed peacefully in her home on the evening of Sunday, May 23rd. She was the beloved wife of the late James R. Kritzmacher, who died in 2020. Sylvia was born in Plymouth on November 2, 1936, daughter of the late John and Pia (Bussolari) Sheehan. She was educated in Plymouth and graduated Plymouth High School with the class of 1954. She married the love of her life, James, and began her family in Plymouth, where she raised her three children and worked for NSTAR / Eversource. Sylvia was an avid reader, enjoyed vacationing in Aruba and entertaining friends and family. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her loving family.Sylvia is survived by her daughter Jo-Ann Anti and her husband Tim of Plymouth and her son John Kritzmacher and his wife Rae of Far Hills, New Jersey. She was predeceased by her son, James Kritzmacher, Jr., husband of her surviving daughter-in-law Paula Kritzmacher of Plymouth. She was the cherished grandmother of Jessica Kritzmacher, Hillary Czerniak, Kelsey Anti, Kerry Anti, Charlie Kritzmacher and Susan Kritzmacher, and the great grandmother of Mac, Myles, Jamesyn and Jocelyn.
