On August 18, 1973 she married John R. Jacobson in Britton. In addition to her husband, John, Sylvia is survived by her children, Dannielle (Terry) Campbell and John D. Jacobson; 4 grandchildren; mother, Rose DeJonghe; 13 brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; brother and sister.
