She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, John W. Franks and her daughter Rene Elliott. Mrs. Franks is survived by her sons Jonathan Franks of Bowie, and Benjamin R. Franks of Annapolis, her daughter Felicia Ellen Granofsky of Pasadena, her sisters Estelle Pergalski and Marlene Jordon both of Uniontown, PA.
