Sylvester Farner, 84, of Gunnison, CO passed away on September 4th, 2014. He was born on January 20th 1930 to Joseph and Salome Farner in La Cross, Kansas. On March 30th, 1953 Sylvester married Dolores Tennent in Denver and together they raised one son and two daughters.
Syl attended schools in Sterling, CO. He later joined the U.S. Navy and served in the Korean War.
