Sydnee Geril passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 26, surrounded by family.
Sydnee is survived by her parents, her sister Rachel, her brothers Aaron and Elliott, her Service Dog Tulsa, and cat Jack Daniel. She is also survived by her grandmother Christa Ward.
Sydnee was born in Gainesville, Florida to Lynda and Adam Geril. Sydnee graduated from LSU with a bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications and Broadcast Journalism.
Sydnee participated in competitive gymnastics throughout her youth and was an LSU equestrian. Sydnee returned to her hometown of Ocala Florida in 2017 when diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma, to receive treatment.
