Syble Jean Hubbard Winkles, 83 of Newnan passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021 at her residence.
She was born June 21, 1938 in Coweta County, GA to the late Bobby and Alma Martin Hubbard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lowell Winkles; son, Michael S. Winkles; grandson’s, Brian Norwood and Keith Winkles.
She was a Master Cosmetologist and retired after 10 years as a L.P.N. at Beaulieu Convalescent Center.
She is survived by her children, Debbie Norwood, Donna Boynton and Joel (Cindy) Winkles; grandchildren, Allen Norwood, Johnathan Boynton and Adrienne Boynton; siblings, Harold Hubbard and Peggy Evans and numerous nieces and nephews.
