Syble Thompson Burns, age 71, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016 at her home in Newnan surrounded by family.
She was born in Carroll County on March 9, 1945 to the late Edna Borders Thompson and Newt Thompson.
Syble is survived by her loving husband Robert Burns, Jr.; children, Bobby Burns and his wife Jeni, Angel Hoffman and her husband Chad, Amy Burns and son-in-law Joel Landers; grandchildren, Leigh Thomas and her husband Pat, Megan Raymond, Tori Raymond, Josie Landers and 5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Syble was the last surviving child of 13 brothers and sisters.
