Sybil “Louise” Carter passed away of age-related natural causes at a Care Center in Meridian, Idaho on May 5, 2017, at the age of 94. She had resided in the Care Center since May 2010. Louise was born in Kim, Colorado, on May 31, 1922, to George and Cancie Lance. Louise grew up with seven brothers and sisters in Colorado and Oklahoma before eventually moving to Grangeville, Idaho in September of 1946. She relocated to Boise, Idaho, in March of 2003. Louise married Frank Carter in November 1937, at Hinton, Oklahoma; they had no children. However, as
a couple they were instrumental in loving and helping to raise numerous Nieces and Nephews much like their own.
