Suzanne Marie (Souza) Correa, age 85, passed away on Saturday, July 27th, 2019 at the Life Care Center of Plymouth. She was the devoted wife of the late Phillip Joseph Correa. Born in Plymouth on February 19, 1934, she was the daughter of John and Maria (Arraial) Souza. Suzanne was educated in Plymouth Schools, and was a graduate of Plymouth High School. Suzanne took pride in raising her six children. She loved cooking for her family, always welcoming anyone into her home. She had also worked as a bartender at Dearn & McGrath’s restaurant in Plymouth as well as several other local establishments. Knitting, working with crafts, and dancing were a few of Suzanne’s hobbies. She also loved going to the beach and listening to music. Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban and Johnny Mathis were a few of her favorites. Suzanne was the loving mother of six children; Jeanne M. Correa Hoffman, Paulette J. Shaw and her husband Larry, Kristin Harrington and her husband Michael, Kelli Ann Correa, Phillip Correa, Jr. and his wife Joann and Steven P Correa and his wife Tammy all of Plymouth. She was the cherished grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 18. Suzanne was predeceased by her siblings Alfred Souza and Eva Cotti.
