NAGELSuzanne Lynn (nee Rohrich), Age 57, of Broomall, PA, passed away on September 27th, 2020.Survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Ronald I. Nagel; her loving children Rebecca Jean Rudd (Bobby) and Ronald Frank Nagel, and her precious mother Florence (nee Rudolph). Suzanne was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and graduated from Bensalem High School in 1980. Before beginning her career in education, Suzanne worked as a Collections Manager for the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia and the Law Firm of Duane Morris.Suzanne was a Special Education Assistant at Worrall Elementary and spent countless hours giving back to the Marple Newtown School District through several terms in the school’s various Parent Teacher Organizations (PTOs). Suzanne was also a highly involved parent and volunteer in the Special Olympics of Delaware County, where she led fundraising opportunities and organized events that benefitted the athletes. In recognition of her outstanding dedication, humanity, and professionalism, Suzanne received the 2017 Person of the Year Award for the Marple Newtown School District. Suzanne also had a great life-long love for musical theatre and could always be found organizing bus trips to New York City or visiting the city for a weekend of theatre with her daughter. A loving wife, mother and friend, Suzanne always went above and beyond for those in her life. Not only was Suzanne a fierce advocate for her son, Suzanne stood for inclusion and for creating a world in which everyone had an equal chance at opportunity. Suzanne was beloved by all, truly made an impact in her communities, and will be dearly missed.
