Susanne Parker, age 74, of Nashville, Indiana passed away at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.
She was born on January 9, 1947 in the City of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada to Earl William Edward and Valerie (Ponsford) Parker. Susanne received a MSE in learning disabilities, and was a special education teacher for several years. She was also an artist. She loved her home in the Brown County Forest, photography, painting, and traveling. Susanne visited every continent and enjoyed them all. She was a member of University Baptist Church in Bloomington.
Susanne is survived by her sister, Jill Parker, nieces, Juliet Pursell and Tracy Brown, great-nieces, Vivien Leff, Jamie Couch, and Melanie Brown, and great-nephew, Carson Brown, close friends, Denise Jones, Deborah Ensmenger, Jen Cook, Sarah Hollingsworth, Pastor Annette Hill Briggs; and many other friends.
Susanne was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Ruth Pursell.
