Susan Sassman, 73 of Milford passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at her home. Susan was born August 12, 1948, in Vicksburg, Michigan to Adolph Roth and Barbara Hadley.
During her teen years, the family moved to California where she met her future husband, Robert Sassman. They were married on March 5, 1966, in Las Vegas. They were blessed with 3 children, Anna, Robert Jr, and Chad. Susan operated a catering truck, ran the North Y Cafe, drove the school bus, and drove the truck with her husband for over 20 years. In her spare time, she liked to play darts and cards, listening to music, dancing, sewing, and crocheting and she was an amazing cook.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sister, Dawn.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Anna (Jerry) of May City, Bob Jr of Phoenix and Chad of Milford, partner Bud Boles. Grandchildren, TiaLisa and her children Owen, Emma and Brynna, Natasha, and her children Quinn and Hadlee, and Tony (Lindsay) and their son, Sam. Two brothers Keith (Pam) of Arizona and Richard (Lynn) of Michigan.
