On Saturday, Sept. 16, 2018, our beloved mother, Susan Saffioti of East Haven was called to rest by our heavenly father. She is survived by 3 daughters Patricia (Michael) Vorio, Sandra (Steve) Demanchyk and Christine Saffioti and brothers Clement and Anthony Esposito. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren Daniel and Lauren Vorio, Amanda Susan Toth, Meghan and Emily Demanchyk. She was predeceased by her parents Pasquale, Sr. and Anna (Limosano) Esposito, sisters Martha (Joseph) Anastasaio, Anna (James) Ferrara, Minnie (Daniel) Elpi and MariePease. She was also predeceased by her devoted brother Pasquale, Jr. who she cherished and brother Ralph “Red”(Catherine) Esposito. She was loved by many nieces, nephews , grandnieces and nephews. Susan was very hardworking having been employed with K-Mart in East Haven for 30 years. There she made very close and lifelong friends who meant the world to her and her daughters. She was an incredible mom, who cherished her girls. She gave her heart and soul into raising them. This unbreakable bond will remain with us forever, and she will always be remembered for her outstanding cooking and baking skills.
