Susan Leigh Maidel, 72, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, after a long battle with cancer on February 10, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Hattie Shipley, her brother Richard, and her daughter Shelley.
Susan is survived by her sister Dianne McCormick and her loving and very supportive husband Bud.
Susan enjoyed spending time with her friends at the VFW, American Legion, AM Vets, and taking cruises with her family. She was a member of the Shipley’s of Maryland.
