Susan L. (Carley) Bohanon, 49, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Susan was born on April 21, 1972 in Canton, Illinois to Jerry and Stella Mae (Carson) Carley.
Susan worked as a cashier and customer service manager at Walmart for eight years. She was skilled in the kitchen and had a talent for baking and cooking. She loved making dishes for her loved ones to enjoy at family gatherings. She was a diehard fan of the Indianapolis Colts and was always excited to watch NASCAR and races at the Indianapolis Speedrome. Above all, Susan was a supportive mother, a wonderful grandmother, and the best aunt. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandbaby, nieces, and nephews.
Susan is survived by her husband, Kevin Bohanon of Greenwood, IN; her son, Kevin (Jazmine) Bohanon of Greenwood; her granddaughter, Bella Davis; her parents, Jerry and Stella Mae Carley; her three siblings, Tish (Trent) Emery of Greenwood, Beth (Mark) Woodsmall of Brownsburg, IN, and Mark (Holly) Carley of Franklin, IN; nieces and nephews.
Susan was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Carley.
