Susan Helen Hoffman is survived by her husband Robert N. Hoffman, step-daughter Holly Hoffman (Claudio Di Candia) and two grandchildren Michael and Viviana whom she adored. Susan is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law James and Marilou McGough of Mahopac NY, brother and sister-in-law John and Monica McGough of Willow Spring NC, nephew Daniel (Lori) McGough, niece Jacqueline (Jon) Pufahl, nephew James (Valerie) McGough, nephew Michael McGough, nephew James McGough and many great-nieces and great-nephews whom she loved very much.

Susan grew-up in Yonkers, NY and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1967. She began a successful 30 year career with AT&T working first in New York City then moving to White Plains, NY rising to a supervisory level. After taking an early retirement from AT&T, Susan took on a new adventure working for Westchester Community College in the office of Student Affairs where she was loved by both the students and staff alike. While at the college Susan herself funded a Scholarship Award for students. She also had the honor of being the first recipient of “Susan Hoffman Student First Award”, an existing award that was re-named in her honor by the students because of her 10 year dedication to them.

Susan had many hobbies some of which included going to the gym as well as passing time with friends at the AACA and Model “A” Clubs. Sue especially enjoyed being with her extended family, going on cruises and boating with her friends and neighbors at the Jersey shore.
