She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin E. Goodwin and Sis Stockstill Goodwin. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, William B. “Bill” Brumfield, her daughter, Tracy D. Brumfield, her sisters, Sandra G. Houston and husband John, and Sonya G. McKnight, and her niece, Jennifer Houston.
