Susan Elaine Webster of Niceville, Florida, age 61, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2014 with her loving husband at her side. She was born December 31, 1952, in Orlando, FL. She married her husband, Wayne, on July 15, 1981 in Orlando.
She graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL in 1980. She studied French cooking under Julia Child at la Sorbonne – the University of Paris. She also studied French and German languages at the Goethe-Institute in Berlin, Germany.
She was best described as compassionate, kind, caring, and giving. These qualities allowed her to touch an extraordinary number of people, resulting in strong and enduring friendships.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Webster, of Niceville, FL, along with her parents’ Fred and Evelyn Lopatka, brothers’ Mike Lopatka and John Lopatka, and sister Adi Falconer, all of Winter Park, FL.
