Sue Radke, age 67, lost her courageous battle with ovarian cancer on Saturday, August 3, 2019.
Sue was born on October 24, 1951 in Porterville, CA to Lonnie and Edith Swearingen. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and then moved to southern California. She met Jon Radke and they were married September 27, 1975. They had two children, Jon and Maranda. The family then moved to Colorado in 1983. Sue held various positions in the schools through the years that allowed her to keep an eye on her kids. After the death of her husband, she began a successful career in real estate that she thoroughly enjoyed until the time of her death. In her free time, she enjoyed volunteering at Parker Adventist Hospital and at SECOR in Parker, CO. Her greatest joy was her family, particularly her four grandchildren.
