LAKELAND – Sue Best was born on Oct. 5, 1930, in Waycross, GA., and her heavenly journey began on Sept. 15, 2013. Best was a registered nurse, an avid dancer and loved unconditionally. Sue is preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Best, Jr. She is survived by her children: Susan Best Melton, Charles L.
