Stevie L. Chapman, 35, of McCordsville, passed away on December 22, 2020, at Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born on September 1, 1985, in Anderson, the daughter of Mark A. Hargis and Susan K. Allison.
Stevie graduated from Muncie Central High School.
She had worked as a C.N.A. for many area nursing facilities.
Stevie enjoyed reading, movies, cooking, but most of all, being a dedicated and loving wife and mother.
She is survived by her husband, whom she married, December 23, 2013, Zachary Chapman; mother, Susan K. (Steve) Faigin; children, James Waymire and Carson Waymire; siblings, Darcie D. Hargis and Max Geller; father and mother-in-law, Charles and Jo Ann Chapman; aunts and uncles, Diane (Mark) Looper, Denise (Rick) Maultra, Neal (Lisa) Hargis, Doug Noah, and Brian (Catherine) Allison; cousins, Serenity, Douglas, Crystal, Amanda, Magdelyne, Shelby, Kimberly, Kristin, Jordan, Candace, Evonne, and Ashlan; and special family, Brian Lawrence.
Stevie was preceded in death by her father, Mark A. Hargis; grandparents, Rev. Edward and Ula Mae Hargis, and Charles and Millicent Allison; aunt, Vicki Noah; and uncles, Keith Hargis, Scott Douglas, and Michael Christ.
