Steven Wayne Cooper, 68, of Sardis passed away on Thursday, August 18, at Rockcastle Regional Hospital & Respiratory Care Center. He was born in Maysville on December 27, 1953, son of the late Eugene E. & Joyce White Cooper.
He is survived by two brothers, Troy Cooper of Carlisle and Michael Cooper of Seattle, Washington. A niece, Macy Cooper and several cousins also survive.
