Steven Voros, 86, of Bethlehem passed away on Tues., March 20, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospice. He was the husband of the late Theresa M. (Miklos) Voros, who preceded him in death on December 8, 1996.
Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Charles and Cecilia (Kuplen) Voros.
He served with the U.S. Navy during WW II and was a graduate of Muhlenberg College.
He worked at Western Electric as an accountant for many years until retiring.
Steven was an avid Lehigh sports fan, and belonged to the Lehigh Booster Club. He was a member of St. John’s Windish Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, the Waldheim Beethoven Maennerchor and the NE Wanderers. Steven was also a volunteer at Musikfest for many years.
Surviving: son, David S. Voros, wife Juanita of Kutztown; daughters; Stephanie T., wife of William Sellers, Jr. of Lower Macungie, Cecile C., wife of Neil Paules of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Sarah, Paul, Kellie, Steven and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brothers, Charles, Franklin and William.
