On September 6, 2021, Steven Zane Prince of Crestwood, Kentucky passed away at the age of 72.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Becky; his children, Justin (Sarah Thiel) Prince and Ben Prince; his grandchildren, Lauren, Katelyn, Taylor, Benjamin (and their mother, Statia Prince), Jules, and Mabel; his father, Willard Prince; his brother, Ed (Marion) Prince; his sister, Debby Prince; his sisters-in-law, Barb Prince and Debby Sodomick; his niece, Natalia Sandlin; and many nieces and nephews.
Steve is preceded in death by his mother, June; his granddaughter, Quinn Prince; his brother, Don Prince; his mother-in-law, Betty Sodomick; his father-in-law, Walter Sodomick; two of his brothers-in-law.
Steve was born and spent his childhood in Jane Lew, West Virginia, disassembling and rebuilding radios and anything else he could get his hands on. He was driven by a strong sense of curiosity which eventually led him to join the U.S. Navy and travel the world aboard the USS Intrepid aircraft carrier.
