Passed away peacefully Friday morning, August 31, 2018. Steve was born March 17, 1954 in Holland, MI the son of Ken and Nina (Streur) Mannes. He worked for Delta Design Systems for nearly 20 years as a supervisor and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
On June 12, 1976 he was united in marriage to his loving wife Carolyn (Walker), who preceded him in death in 2005. He was also preceded in death by his father, Ken; and a brother, Kim Mannes. Steve is survived by his children, Kelly (Mark) Meldrum, Kari (Aaron) Simmons, Joshua (Alyssa) Mannes; 4 grandsons, Lincoln, Elijah, Ki, and John; his mother, Nina Mannes; brothers, Greg (Elaine) Mannes, Jeff (Annamae) Mannes; and several nieces and nephews.
