Steven Mangels Resident of Grand Junction, Colorado died in his home on August 13, 2014. He was 67 years old.
Steven Mangels was born to Cecil and Marion Mangels on September 6, 1946, in Spokane, Washington.
He was proceed in death by his father Cecil Mangels, Janice Bingham, sister, LaVena and Leland, sister and brother.
He served in the U.S. Navy 1966-1970 in Viet Nam.
He was a proud member of the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers Local #28 since 1965.
He loved being a grandfather. He loved gardening, fishing and was an avid Bronco fan.
He is survived by Marion Van Buskirk, mother; Beverly Healy, sister; three children; Phillip (Luciene) Mangels, Stephanie (A.J.) Smith, Jeffery Mangels and four grandchildren; Destin, Makayla, Alexis and Emily.
Family and friends will miss his smile and well developed sense of humor.
