Steven Lee Vicars-Goings, 29, of Terre Haute, passed away at 11:40 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2014.
He was born November 12, 1984 in Terre Haute to Ernest Goings, Sr. and Loretta Vicars.
Steven graduated from Owen Valley High School. He was very artistic and enjoyed tattooing. He aspired to have his own tatoo shop one day.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his aunt, Connie Lowe.
Steven is survived by his twin brother, Michael Vicars-Goings; brothers, Ernest Goings and Jeramie Vicars-Goings and his wife, Christa; sisters, Maggie Goings and Crystal Fisher and her husband, Shane. He is also survived by his lifelong partner, Nicole Marie Smith; several nieces and nephews and many important family and friends.
